Welcome to our Guest Wi-Fi Service (the "Service"). By ticking the box and tapping
"Accept & Connect," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not
agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. Access and Service Availability
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific connection speeds, or network security.
- We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any reason.
2. Security and Privacy
- This is an open, public wireless network. It is inherently unencrypted and insecure.
- You are solely responsible for your own security measures (such as VPN, firewall, and antivirus software).
- We may monitor and log network traffic, including device MAC address, connection timestamps,
and bandwidth usage, to maintain network integrity and meet legal requirements.
- We keep a record of your acceptance of these terms — including the name and room number you
provide, your device MAC address, and the time of acceptance — for 36 months,
for security and to address complaints or legal claims. See our

3. Prohibited Conduct — You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful,
harmful, or disruptive purpose, including:
- Downloading, uploading, or sharing copyrighted material (e.g., torrenting), obscene content, or any illegal media.
- Transmitting viruses or malware, or attempting to hack or disrupt other devices or networks.
- Sending spam, hosting servers, or consuming excessive bandwidth that degrades the experience for other guests.
- Reselling the Service or using it to run a commercial enterprise.
4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- The Hotel is not liable for any damage to your hardware or software, loss of data, identity theft,
or financial loss resulting from your use of the Service.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hotel from any claims, liabilities, or legal
fees arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful actions online.
